Monday to Friday: 6.30 – 10.00 am.
Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays: 7.30 to 11.00 am.

Breakfast at the Literary Hotel Alexandre Vialatte is the one thing you should make a point of during your stay in Clermont-Ferrand! Breakfast is served as an American Buffet in our panoramic breakfast room overlooking the historic centre with the Chaîne des Puys in the background. Come and enjoy our selection of bread and Danish pastries, brioche aux pralines, espresso coffee, Damman teas, fruit juice, jam, honey, dairy products, Actimel, seasonal fruit, dried fruit, cooked meat, smoked salmon, Saint-Nectaire farm produce, cheeses, scrambled egg and hard-boiled eggs – as well as lactose and gluten free produce!
